Natasha is the primary point of contact for many of our clients throughout the bankruptcy process. She assists with phone calls, gathers and enters case information, reviews documents for completeness, and helps make sure we have the information needed to prepare your case.

Because Natasha handles much of the day-to-day communication and case preparation, I am able to focus my time on the legal work involved in your case. I am Rick J. Deal, bankruptcy attorney and founder of the Law Office of Rick J. Deal, P.C. I have practiced law since 1998 and have represented individuals and families in bankruptcy cases since 2004. After practicing in Houston, I moved my law office to Conroe in 2007, where I have continued helping people throughout Montgomery County and Southeast Texas deal with serious financial problems.

I understand that most people who come to see a bankruptcy attorney never expected to be in this position. My practice focuses on representing individuals and families in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Depending on your circumstances, Chapter 7 may allow you to eliminate qualifying debts and receive a fresh financial start. Chapter 13 may provide a way to stop foreclosure or repossession, catch up on missed payments and reorganize debts through a court-approved repayment plan.

I have also never considered myself the stereotypical attorney. You are more likely to find me meeting with clients in jeans, a polo shirt and boots than in a three-piece suit.
