I have practiced law since 1998 and have represented individuals and families in bankruptcy cases since 2004. After practicing in Houston, I moved my law office to Conroe in 2007, where I have continued helping people throughout Montgomery County and Southeast Texas deal with serious financial problems.
I understand that most people who come to see a bankruptcy attorney never expected to be in this position. A job loss, medical expenses, divorce, reduced income, unexpected expenses or simply years of accumulating debt can make it increasingly difficult to keep up. By the time many clients contact me, they may be dealing with collection calls, lawsuits, foreclosure, repossession or debts they can no longer realistically pay.
My job is to help you understand your options —not to judge how you got here.
My practice focuses primarily on consumer bankruptcy, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. My role is to evaluate your circumstances, explain how the law applies to you, and help you make an informed decision about the best path forward.
I believe clients should understand what is happening in their case and why. I try to explain bankruptcy in straightforward terms, answer questions directly and help clients make informed decisions about their financial future.
I have also never considered myself the stereotypical attorney. You are more likely to find me meeting with clients in jeans, a polo shirt and boots than in a three-piece suit. I want clients to feel comfortable talking openly with me about their financial situation because the better I understand what is happening, the better I can help evaluate their options.

Meet Natasha Willard
Legal Assistant
Natasha helps keep our bankruptcy cases organized and moving forward. She works directly with clients to gather information and documents, assists with case preparation, and helps make sure we have what we need to prepare each case properly.
Natasha also handles much of our day-to-day client communication. This allows me to focus on the legal analysis and legal work involved in each case while still making sure clients receive timely assistance throughout the process.
